How to Deal with Blocked Shimmies?

IS YOUR SHIMMY BLOCKED?

Here are two tips to work on that :)

Try to talk while shimmying.

Often we don’t even notice how we hold our breath during super intense or focused tasks. It automatically puts our body in an alert mode, and prevents proper oxygenation of muscles. 💁‍♀️But when you are speaking, you are forced to breath.⁣⁣⠀

Add arm movements.

In order to move two different body parts in different tempos and styles, you have to have your shimmy relaxed. Otherwise any other movement won’t work, or won’t be smooth.⁣⁣⠀
