How to Control Your Belly Muscles?

I can’t separate my lower and upper belly muscles! My entire belly just squeezes in!
😭😭

Sounds familiar? This is a very common problem. Here are a few tips to help you:

  1. Start with smaller movements.

  2. Focus on the sensation of activating muscles in each area separately, even if they don’t move at first.

  3. Place your hands on your upper and lower belly. Physical touch will help signal to your body which exact muscles you want to activate.

  4. Do reverse crunches. They are great for conditioning your lower belly and will teach your body to control that area, a skill that is easy to transfer to belly rolls later on.

Let me know if you’re going to try these tips!
